Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with The Beauty Clinic Club. Below you'll find everything you need to know about how we process and deliver your orders.
Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days of being placed. Orders placed on weekends or UK bank holidays will be processed on the next working day. You will receive a dispatch confirmation email as soon as your order is on its way.
UK Delivery
We dispatch to all mainland UK addresses. Many of our products are sent from international warehouses, so delivery takes longer than from a UK shop:
- Standard Delivery: £4.99, or free on orders of £50 and over. Typical delivery time is 7–14 business days from dispatch.
- Express Delivery: £6.99, a faster option shown at checkout.
Delivery times are estimates and begin from the date of dispatch. During busy periods (e.g. seasonal sales events or bank holidays) delivery may take a little longer than usual.
International Shipping
EU countries: a free delivery option is available at checkout, with a typical delivery time of 7–14 business days from dispatch.
Rest of world (selected countries including the USA, Canada and Australia): a free delivery option is available at checkout, with a typical delivery time of 10–20 business days from dispatch. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees.
The shipping options and costs available to you are shown at checkout based on your location. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes or fees charged by your country's customs authority — these are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our prices or shipping charges.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number (where available). You can use this to monitor your delivery through the carrier's website.
Missed Deliveries
If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, the carrier will typically leave a notification with instructions on how to rearrange delivery or collect your parcel from a local collection point.
Lost or Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged or has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us at Thebeautyclinicclub@gmail.com with your order number. We will investigate and work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
